Malt Street Development is a large-scale regeneration project transforming a historic central London site into a new mixed-use neighbourhood. Previously occupied by trade depots, derelict industrial buildings, and external storage areas, the site was redeveloped to provide eight tall residential buildings, commercial accommodation, and an underground car park.
Mihails Cernaks, founder of TA, acted as technical lead across Stages 3 to 5 of the project while working at PTAL Architects. His role included developing the concept design into coordinated floor plans, technical design, planning, tender, and construction packages, supported by BIM Level 2 delivery across a managed set of building models.
