Technica Architectura is a specialist architecture and technology consultancy with a strong focus on technical design, BIM coordination and delivery-stage support. We work with design-led architectural teams to help turn ambitious concepts into coordinated, buildable project information.

Founder & Director
Mihails founded Technica Architectura in early 2025 after more than a decade of working in architectural teams on complex projects across education, healthcare, residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. A Chartered Architectural Technologist and University of West London graduate, he developed his early career at PTAL Architects before later working with Arcadis IBI.
His experience spans multiple RIBA stages, with a particular interest in the point where creative design meets construction reality — helping teams protect the strength of the original concept while resolving the detail needed to make buildings work in practice.
Throughout his career, he has championed structured BIM processes and robust information management as a way to improve design control, reduce uncertainty and support better decision-making. This same approach continues to shape the way Technica Architectura collaborates with architects, developers and owners today.
